NOTICE OF RESCHEDULED FORECLOSURE SALE COURT ACTION: Pursuant to the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law And Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion For Summary Judgment Against All Defendants And for Interlocutory Decree of Foreclosure filed on November 27, 2020 in REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. vs. MARSHALL D. CHINEN, ESQ., As Personal Representative of the Estate of Jack Thomas aka Jack Louis Thomas et al., Civil No. 19-1-000099 filed in the Circuit Court of the Third Circuit, State of Hawaii, the undersigned Commissioner will sell the following described parcel of real property at public auction at the date, time and place set forth below. TERMS AND METHOD OF SALE: The property will be sold “AS IS” to the highest bidder at public auction with NO UPSET PRICE. SALE IS NOT FINAL UNTIL APPROVED AND CONFIRMED BY THE COURT. The highest bidder is required to make a down payment in cash, or its’ equivalent at the time of the bid in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid price.
