No. 3CC16100400K, the undersigned Commissioner has been appointed to sell the named property at public auction. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Fee-simple home with five-bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 half-baths, and 2,408 sf living area on a 15,571-sf lot (0.35765 acre); built in 1979; pool added in 1982. TMK 3-7-5-032-010-0000. 2022 County-assessed taxable value: $751,900 (land: $267,100; building: $484,900).
