NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE Pursuant to the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law; Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment and for Interlocutory Decree of Foreclosure filed May 18, 2023; Exhibit A, filed on August 8, 2023, in U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, on behalf of the Holders of the Home Equity Asset Truste 2002-5 Home Equity Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2002-5, v. IMPROVEMENTS: County of Hawaii records indicate a three (3) bedroom, two (2) bath structure containing 2,169 square feet, built in 1989.
