NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE Civil No. 3CCV-22-0000392 PROPERTY: 446 Ainaola Drive, Hilo, Hawai’i 96720. TMK (3) 2-4-027-031. TERMS OF SALE: Public auction by court-appointed commissioner. No upset price. High bidder to tender to Commissioner upon close of bidding ten percent (10%) of his bid in cash cashier’s check or certified check. Balance of the purchase price shall be paid upon delivery of title. Potential bidders must be able to provide proof of ability to comply with 10% of bid requirement prior to participating in the public auction.
