DATE AND PLACE OF SALE: November 12, Tuesday, 12 noon, front entrance to Hale Kaulike Courthouse Building, 777 Kilauea Ave., Hilo, Hawaii. TERMS OF SALE: The property shall be sold “as is” with no upset price. Ten percent of the highest bid shall be paid down in cash or cashier’s check. Plaintiff may satisfy the down payment by way of offset up to the amount of its secured debt.The purchaser shall pay closing costs, escrow fees, title insurance, conveyance costs, recordation and costs of securing possession.
