The successful bidder must pay a down payment of not less than ten percent (10%) of the highest successful bid price and deposit the same with the Commissioner at the close of the public auction, payment to made in cash, money order, cashier’s check or certified check. Bidders must provide proof of their ability to comply with the 10% down payment requirement or the bidder’s ability to make a credit bid prior to the start of the public auction.
