NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE By order of the Circuit Court of the Third Circuit in Civil No. 3CCV-21-0000050, the below Commissioner has been appointed to sell the named property at public auction. TMK No. (3) 7-5-029-002, a property located at: 75-382 Aloha Kona Drive, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii 96740. OPEN HOUSES to be held: July 31, 2024 from 1:00 PM 4:00 PM and August 7, 2024 from 1:00 4:00 PM; AUCTION will be held: August 12, 2024 at 12:00 PM. Auction will be held Keahoulu Courthouse, 74-5451 Kamakaeha Ave, Kailua Kona HI 96740 at the Flagpoles near the northwest corner of the building. TERMS: No upset price. Property is to be sold in its as is condition, without any representations or warranties whatsoever as to title or possession and by way of a quitclaim conveyance by public commissioner’s sale.
