NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE Pursuant to the Findings of Fact; Conclusions of Law; Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment as Against All Defendants and for Interlocutory Decree of Foreclosure, filed August 14, 2024 in Towd Point Mortgage Trust 2019-2, U.S. Bank National Association, As Indenture Trustee vs. James F. Enocencio, et al., Civil No. 3CCV-21-0000165, Third Circuit Court, State of Hawaii, the following described real property will be sold by the undersigned Commissioner at public auction on the date and at the time set forth below: PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Fee simple property located at 27-521 Old Mamalahoa Hwy., Papaikou, Hawaii.
