NOTICE OF POSTPONED FORECLOSURE SALE Pursuant to the filed in the Third Circuit Court on November 28, 2022 in case number 3CC19100144K, the court appointed the undersigned Commissioner to sell the Property described below at a public auction. The original sale that was set for February 7, 2025 was postponed. The sale will now take place on May 23, 2025 at 12:00 noon at the Keahoulu Courthouse located at 74-5451 Kamakaeha Avenue, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii 96740 at the flagpole.
